Hi.Second time being actively reviewed on I-130. I-130 (Standalone) Any June 2023 filers here got the “case is actively being reviewed” twice and got approved lately? I just got this update on my case this morning 11/18 but didn’t see anything under the beneficiary’s documents tab. PD: 06/21/2023 Got EAD (stand alone) a week ago.Yayyy! Yesterday May 6, I got a SECOND notice "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS," dated today May 7, 2024. (My first notice "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" was May 25, 2023.) Logging into USCIS and checking my Documents tab, it said "I-130 Approval.pdf" dated today, May 7! After Biometric my I-485 and I-765 case status changed to: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS.
