Basically, I can't select an insured weapon - whenever I attempt to, it says 'None' in the weapon slot however there is a tick suggesting something is selected. When I spawn in however, I am equipped with nothing. Happened to me when my contraband stash was full and had a mission that gave a weapon completed. Most likely it's because you have 9/10 in contraband stash and completed 2 missions that give a weapon each.
