It appears that most of the tube is reamed out forward of this receiver end section, a tricky bit of metal work. It might be easier to use a larger ID tube and sleeve the receiver end. FALs seem to predominate among their arms, but they also use a decent amount of Galils (R4 and R5), plus smaller amounts of ARs, Mini-14s, and G-3s, plus sporting rifles and shotguns, and some sort of Milkor 40mm GL.
