Tore the box apart and found I had 12 volts at the connector (actually had 12 volts on all speed settings). Got a new motor, hooked it up and all was well. Worked fine on low medium and high. About 5 hours worth of running later I noticed the motor getting weaker. Unplug the plug off the back of the HVAC control panel. If the motor stays running I suspect a faulty power module. If it quits possibly an HVAC control head. The other option is that the constant power for the power module (ORN7210) has shorted across to the motor power feed (YEL7210).
