I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he said there are a couple of things you will want to look at to try and troubleshoot the blank display on your Level Up touch pad. He said to first remove the pad itself from where it's mounted (keeping the wiring in place). At the back of the unit there should be 4 wires; black, green, yellow, and red..
