I cleaned out my EGR system today & after putting everything back together & starting my car it had a very rough idle & died a 20 seconds later or so. It threw the code P3191 (Engine does not start) & 03190 (Low engine power). P3191 has nothing to do with the 12V auxiliary battery, so its appearance after you replaced the battery is coincidence only.
