Exactly the same requirements of the Magus' Spellstrike.Kineticist with Rogue Dedication can get a lot of good utility feats. I would only recommend this with free archetype though. Kineticist feats are just way to fun to skip out on many. Rogue with Kineticist will get a lot of utility from Kineticist. Probably want to avoid the offensive blast, 1 attack + save impulse might be decent though..
