I have a 2013 M11-A1 I purchased used. First 150 Rounds were absolutely flawless and gun is extremely accurate. Went to qualify and first shot had an FTE with the next good round butting up against the back of the non-extracted spent round. I cleared and finished the next few rounds required no prob.It seems like the only place that may be a problem is the slide lock/release on the M11-A1. If that is a problem I'd imagine some gentle dremel tool action would remedy it.
